   <p>The optimization task can either be created by a wizard, by defining the individual commands,
      or by modifying an existing parameter file. A tree view with a logical sequence of the
      commands supports the user in the definition. </p> 
   <p>The parameters for the optimization commands and their syntax are
    described in detail in the 
    <a class = "xref" href = "../TsoCmdMap/tso-c-ov.htm#tso-c-ov" title = "The SIMULIA Tosca Structure Commands Guide contains explanations for all commands usable in the parameter file.     The following figure shows the GUI interface with the parameter file on the
    left and - in this example - the interface for the objective function command
    on the right side:

    <p> The arrangement of the individual commands in the parameter file is
      arbitrary. The referenced command must be defined in advance only if a command
      references another command. New commands will be added automatically to the
      parameter file in a suitable position.
